  • Diagnosis

    Based on the reference system used by, or planned for, your business: ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards, technical references such as the IFS as well as the Sector Guides to Self-Regulation.

  • Internal audits

    In order to ensure its relevance and that it is working properly, your food quality and/or safety management system must be assessed every year by internal audits. Depending on your requirements, FoodChain ID Technical Services can help you in various stages of carrying out your audits: drawing up your audit schedule, training a team of internal auditors, carrying out your audits by our qualified auditors, as well as drawing up a plan of corrective actions.

  • Supplier audits

    We can help you in selecting or assessing your suppliers, by carrying out a “supplier audit”.
    To do this, and at your request, FoodChain ID Technical Services carries out an inspection at your suppliers’ premises in order to assess their level of conformity relating to food quality and safety management. This inspection can be carried out in your presence, and agreed beforehand with the supplier. The criteria that will be assessed are defined depending on your particular requirements: assessment of the conformity of the installations, compliance with good hygiene and manufacturing practices, assessment of the procedures management, managing customer complaints, managing traceability, etc.
